Sanfaani ("we", "our", or "us") uses cookies and browser local storage technologies on https://www.sanfaani.net/ to ensure site security, enable core navigation, and remember your local preferences.
This Cookie Policy explains what technologies we use, why we use them, and how you can manage your choices at any time. For more information about how we handle personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.
1. Technologies We Use
We currently use strictly necessary cookies/storage to deliver our services, and optional local storage items to remember search preferences when permitted by you. We do not use third-party advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics trackers.

2. Categories Explained
2.1 Strictly Necessary
These items are essential for the operation and security of our websites. They include authenticated admin session tokens and storing your cookie preference selection so we don't ask you repeatedly. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
2.2 Preferences
These items enable the site to remember choices you make (such as recent global search history) to provide a more convenient experience. They are optional and only active if you grant consent.
2.3 Analytics and Marketing
We do not currently use analytics tracking services, marketing cookies, or third-party advertising trackers. If we introduce performance measurement tools in the future, they will remain disabled by default until you explicitly consent.
3. How to Manage and Change Your Choices
You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" button located in the footer of every page on our website.
When you withdraw consent for Preferences, your local search history (sanfaani_recent_searches) is automatically removed from your browser.
You can also manage or clear cookies and local storage through your web browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or receive a notification before a cookie is stored:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Apple Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
